Over the last six months, P-Green Solutions has been undertaking various assignments including the following:
Undertaking a detailed gap analysis of various Self-Reliant Cooperatives (SRC) and Farmer Producer Organizations (FPO) in Uttarakhand. The exercise involves studying in detail various value chains, developing business plans along with detailed action plans with various SRC teams to achieve targets and to make each institution financially and institutionally sustainable. In addition, developing new projects around nature-based tourism and fishery, etc.
Undertaking an impact and need assessment along with a market survey and assessing various value chains in a tribal region of Tamil Nadu. This also involves developing a proposal to scale up a wild bee honey value chain in the region along with a large dairy project across the region.
Bringing in various biotechnologies to expedite the processing of Waste Water Stabilization Ponds (WWSP) in Punjab with interventions vis-à-vis treatment of grey water including introduction of bio-agents and various recommended bacteria to assist in the treatment process and reduce the turnover time.
Working with the dairy industry to being in various cost-effective bio-agents and to make effective various effluent treatment plants at milk processing units and to make the whole process more environmentally sustainable.
P-Green Solutions through its Founder & Managing Director, Arun Pandhi has been guiding the ESG and supply chain requirements of American / Indian Agri business company – Team Athena based in Ludhiana.
